Preventive Maintenance Service 

It is our primary goal to provide scheduled industrial maintenance service agreements as well as technical support and training for maximum uptime. We will accommodate your preferences as to the exact scheduled start time for each technician as not to inconvenience your production schedule. 

We offer one and two-year annual contract maintenance service agreements as well as non-scheduled service plans. 

The core team at IMT (Industrial Maintenance Technicians) has developed a unique set of competencies in the areas of the master-planning and execution of preventive maintenance projects. By scheduling your maintenance service in advance, you are better able to control expenses. IMT is committed to providing quality work at a fair price. IMT stands by its work! 

We will provide one (1) full time Schnell trained service technician to perform the eight hour (8) preventive maintenance service unless requested otherwise. IMT will perform maintenance services at the agreed upon rebar facilities. 

Each IMT technician has received thorough safety training of proper procedures before working on any potential project. Furthermore, each technician must wear the appropriate safety attire during work hours
